If you find a bumble bee that can’t fly in the spring, it might be a queen who has just woken up. You might be able to help her by putting her somewhere warm and giving her a drink of honey water – ⅓ honey and ⅔ water.
We helped a bee earlier and it was wonderful to watch it feed from the syringe.
