RMA email notifications – OpenCart Returns

I was surprised to discover that RMA notifications aren’t sent automatically by OpenCart. There’s an easy fix

There’s a free extension available from the opencart repository:

http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=extension/extension/info&extension_id=15142&filter_search=return%20product

  • unzip the containing directory
  • You have to make sure FTP is set up on your installation settings
  • Go to extensions, add extension and upload the zip file
  • Then you have to refresh in the modifications section in extensions.
